Cannot recommend Wes, Leah and the team highly enough. They installed a heat pump for us, and removed our old gas boiler. I had surveys and quotes from a few companies and Wes stood out as really knowing his stuff. I had full faith from the outset that they would design the job properly to deliver an affordable heating system. West Hampstead Plumbing are a reputable firm, who always do a professional and fairly priced job. We have used them for a number of years and have never found any fault with their friendly and high quality service. Wesley takes pride in his work, goes out of his way to be helpful and most importantly is honest and trustworthy. They are always the first call whenever we have issues.

My domestic heating system is large enough to be classified as commercial. West Hampstead Plumbing and Heating are the best I've found and I've tried a few. They're technically more capable than others and their office is also better run, for example by telling me when the plumber is on the way.

I was very impressed by the service to do my annual gas boiler certificate and check the central heating system: punctual, professional, very thorough and friendly engineers. I will certainly use them again.

Wesley very efficiently and effectively organised our plant room reconfiguration a year or so ago and has returned to conduct the first service visit. The work has been carried out without any drama or inconvenience and the plant room has been left very neat and tidy. Thank you Wesley.
