Wells Renewables performed a service on my air source heat pump & proactively identified an issue with my solar thermal system (not installed by them) that had never worked properly. They returned and fixed the issue promptly at a sensible cost. I found them to be expert, professional and efficient, providing a high standard of customer service. Wells Renewables installed a new NIBE ground source heat pump for us this past April 2024 (it's taken a while to write a review). This was to replace an old (2009) NIBE pump that had given up the ghost. The new installation used the existing ground loop and underfloor heating circuits but added devices to control the temperature of the various rooms (not fitted back in 2009 by the previous owners).
