I thought I was the only one that had an encounter with extremely rude woman who answers the call. Rude to the point that she hung up on me for being upset that nobody turned up to the emergency appointment (I have no hot water for the past 5 days and is scorching hot outside) that they have booked. The lady on reception is brilliant and Eric and Kai went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and were happy with the job. They were friendly and professional and completed the job perfectly. They fitted radiators in both mine and my daughters room to a high standard. These were complicated jobs as the builders had actually plastered over the pipes! I would highly recommend them!
