My boiler was being very temperamental just five days before Xmas, it stopped working completely , having an elderly person living in the house I needed urgent support, so decided to get a new one asap. Fantastic service thank you. Had waterworx come out and replace a flush valve in my concealed unit. I previously had 2 other plumbers took at this who could give me a straight answer on cost to fix, both claiming it was a big fix and involved removing tiles. Waterworx quoted me and fixed it, as quick as anything. So from now I'll use waterwork again and save myself the hassle of looking for other clearly not as capable as they made out. Gave them a call Thursday morning with a leaky radiator which had also emptied the boiler at about 10.30 am and engineer was with me by 1.00 pm. Which was great. He rang to say he would be with me in 30 mins and a nice young lad arrived and completed the job within the hour. So overall a good service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very polite and nice.

Found Waterworx very professional in all dealings, excellent customer services, job completed in less time than estimated and finished to a very high standard. Very considerate, neat and tidy.
