I called Chris when my power shower packed up. He managed to work out the issue and tell me how to fix it over the phone. Saving us days of waiting for someone to be able to come out, as it was so close to Christmas and also the call out fee, ultimately to his detriment, but that didn’t change him trying to sort the problem for us, successfully, over the phone. Chris came to take out our old sink and tap and replace with new ones. He also changed our flushing system in our bathroom toilet. He done a great job on both. We have also asked Chris to quote us for further works that we beed to get done. His professionalism and great and experience in his job is someone we would definitely recommend.

We found a leak in the airing cupboard from the hot water tank. We contacted Chris and he popped in that evening to look at the problem. Thanks to Chris we now have a new tank, which was fitted very quickly. He was pleasant, professional, clean and tidy. He told me what needed doing and why. Contacted Chris to get an idea of prices call out etc to fix my shower (no hot water) he asked for a photo of appliance so he could advise a more accurate price . I sent over the photo within 5 minutes he got back to me suggesting what to do very simple.
