I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff receiving goods from our drivers. The crew acted in a very unprofessional manner, using offensive language and swearing at our drivers without any cause. Even more concerning, their actions appeared to be racially motivated, as they treated our driver differently simply because of his skin color. This kind of racist and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, deeply upsetting, and heartbreaking to witness. I urge you to take this matter

Poor service, travelled 12 miles to Clock Face, basically their website said closing 4.30pm, I arrived at 4.10pm to find them locking the gates 20 mins early than stated, won’t be using this company again.

Top service from top company. We had a single roof tile come down in a storm but Swindells came out and replaced it with no fee involved. Would highly recommend them.

Had a full roof installation that has leaked every time it rains, through to my bedroom down the chimney breast ever since. Spent a fortune on plastering and decorating only for the new roof to ruin it all. After a second opinion from someone else I was told they've put broken tiles around the chimney and basically fitted it all wrong including the seal around the chimney. I can hear rain dripping in my attic onto the ceiling of my bedroom. Aswell as this they completely decimated my front garde
