Had a problem with my four year old combi boiler. My gas engineer came and had look but couldn’t solve the problem. He spoke to Viessmann’s technical department who then put him through to customer services to arrange for one of their engineers to visit. CS seemed aware I was a priority customer, Probably my age and with COPD. My expectations were not too high especially following reading many negative reviews here. However, CS rang me late afternoon to inform me an engineer would call the
This company should not be allowed to sell products in the UK. They openly admit to providing no Emergency repair service once you’ve purchased their products. The number of qualified engineers able to repair their products in the UK is extremely limited. The unit can be controlled by an app without the need ro purchase additional modules. I had a veissmann in my house in Germany which was still going after 30 years! The Germans class this as the best boiler brand, so I am glad it is available in England. I highly recommend the brand, especially as it
Old boiler prematurely failed soo After a lot of research and asking I decided to buy this German made boiler. 7 people where I work have them and rate highly. I installed and modded plumbing, commissioned boiler, it was working but had a fault light on. I thought as usual I got the broke one, fault code not in supplied manual. Phone tech support and they sorted in seconds. Description in the instructions for settings is a bit lost in translation, I had selected what I thought was the setting
