Very poor experience – non-payment after agreement signed We had a disappointing experience dealing with Unphased Electrical, specifically Paul Lake. A written agreement was signed confirming terms for taking qualified leads. The leads were delivered and accepted (with evidence), but payment was never made despite multiple follow-ups. Unphased did the full commercial electrical install at our new Chocolate Factory in North Walsham. They advised on everything from specifying the board and breakers, to cabling runs and lighting.
