They are very expensive and very unreliable, not the ideal characteristics for a plumber. For example, I asked them to come out to fix a tap, very simple job. They called up on the morning of the visit saying they could not come. So I rebooked, on the morning of the rebooked appointment I got an email saying they could not come. We recently had Chris from Uniheat repair our faulty zone valve heads, and we couldn't be happier with the service delivered. Chris was incredibly professional and meticulous in his work. It's clear that he takes great pride in ensuring his customers are satisfied and that all repairs are done to the highest standards. He didn't leave until he checked that everything was working.
