Thrift installed Solar panels under a home impovement grant - did not turn up on the day agreed (laughed at me when I chased it and treated me like dirt), scaffolding was left for FIVE WEEKS after the installation was done, causing water ingress into the house and damage to the roof. Great company and would 100% recommend. You deal with several people through the process and all were excellent but a special mention to Will (installation team) who was just brilliant. He is someone who obviously cares and was excellent in all aspects and in particular communicating with us. Neil (sales team) was also good. There were no high pressure sales and just a pleasure to deal with.
