The process of getting the quote and installing was good. However I was called to give them a five star review before the installation was complete and in fact the solar panels did not work initially. The engineer then came back and got them working. The main reason for the 1 star review is that we are now 2 months down the line from our installation date and they still have not taken the scaffolding down despite multiple phone calls and emails

Our consultation with Brian was brilliant, no hard sell whatsoever, really down to earth and very informative. We were called the next day to book our installation in for the following Thursday. Scaffolders arrived on the Wednesday, as we were informed and were very friendly and polite and erected the scaffolding quickly. Thermohome happened to be on our estate to advertise what they had to offer.
