The service from the lads was fine unfortunately after discussion with them and deciding that we wanted the towel rail replacing with a radiator it was decided that the glycol would be added after the radiator had been fitted. The bill of £180 was paid in full for the service. Now Claire has decided that they will not fit the radiator and it will cost us a further £50 plus VAT per hour to come and add the glycol to the pump....which we paid for within the service needless to say we won't be rec

We needed a new boiler and THS Ltd were competitively priced against 3 other companies. Not the cheapest nor the dearest. We went with THS Ltd because of their detailed explanation of what they would do and their approachable manner (I ask a lot of questions !)
