Have been using Synergy AV since 2019 and have consistently had a positive experience. The initial site visit was prompt, and the quote was competitive, with a clear focus on our needs (and no pressure to stretch the budget). I took over maintenance of a scout building about 10 years ago. At that time the intruder alarm system was past ts best. Synergy upgraded it for us but were able to reuse the existing cables and some of the sensors. Since that time it has worked well. On the rare occasions when we have needed their help, Synergy have always responded promptly and resolved issues quickly. Their staff are always pleasant, technically very competent and we are really pleased with the service we receive

I've used Aaron & his Team @ Synergy for many years. They are very technically capable, polite and respectful around the home albeit very busy too as they do a great job! I was recommended to them by a friend c. 8 years ago but used a developer's subcontractor(s) and ended up with 4 different subcontractors all doing different electrical jobs (wiring, AV, alarm, gate etc), which became unmanageable, so switched to Synergy as they do 'everything with a wire' - a much better service all round. Synergy Av went above and beyond to provide our gym with a bespoke solution including sound system, lighting effects and security package that sets our facility apart from anything locally. The entire team were incredible to have on board, and they actually left the site cleaner than when they arrived! Could not recommend more highly

Been using Synery for years now. They installed our alarm system and have done some electrical work for us. Always very polite and punctual. All the engineers who visit us for regular servicing and excellent, on time , polite , even take shoes off ! Can’t fault them. Highly recommend
