The day after an electrical test by Switched On I discovered they had left my freezer unplugged and all my food had defrosted. I spoke to the director, Ross Moors and sent him pictures but he refused to compensate me the £97 in food I lost stating it was my responsibility to make sure their electricians have plugged everything back in after they've left.
