I have had an ongoing going issue with my heating since September 2025. My radiators downstairs do not work.... Absolute shambles of a company they should go out of business. Today was the third time they were supposed to come to fix something at my mum's house who is elderly and disabled, but nobody has come. She has no hot water and they couldn't care less. I took annual leave for this and kept going told, oh the engineer is running late but someone will definitely come. Guess what? I have just spent 6 hrs in my car awaiting a phonecall from an Engineer as to an arrival time. The window I was given was from 1200hrs to 1800hrs with a half hr heads-up notification as I needed time to get to property. Worse company EVER!!! Terrible customer service. I wish I could give no stars. Had a new boiler fitted last year, 3 months later started spewing water into my neighbours garden. It took 2 attempts for them to fix it and in the mean time my water bill went sky high. Only in the last few months has my water bill gone down when the boiler started leaking again 2 weeks ago. I called SCS to report it and they sent out an "Engineer" to inspect it and he stated that it was classed as an emergency so
I am absolutely appalled by the level of service received from this company. Our boiler stopped working on Saturday, leaving us without heating or hot water. When we called to report the issue, we were informed that an engineer would not be able to attend the same day because there were no “vulnerable” individuals living in the property. While I understand that priority may be given to vulnerable customers, it is unacceptable that we were then left for days without proper communication or action
