Amazing. Came out very quickly. Sorted our boiler out for a very reasonable price compared with others. The staff that came round were friendly, and talked us through what they were doing. Friendly, profesional, good price and very happy with the outcome. Would definately reccomend to others for sure

My first dealings with this company have not been good. The engineer did not come at the appointed time and when I phoned Sun Realm I was lied to by the call handler. She didn't give an apology for the stress and inconvenience caused. The call handler kept pushing me into having the engineer come at a later time despite the fact I gave her a reasons to why this would not be convenient for me. This company does not understand that the customer expects them to come at the appointment time given by

Just had a new gas boiler fitted by Sun Realm and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. Everything was done to a high standard, with minimal disruption. Excellent job—highly recommend!
