Having phoned the company 3 times, every time the secretary said they would speak to Tim and get back to me, one week later I am still waiting! Having ran my own business for 30 years in the building trade, I know first impressions mean a lot. If you are new to the area like me, and need a plumber, take your money elsewhere. Great shame as they were recommended by my neighbours.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I had a new shower pump installed by Star plumbing who provided a fantastic service from my initial call to job completion. The gentleman who answered my call was very polite and knowledgeable and arranged for a plumbing engineer to visit and install my know shower pump. The engineer who came was very friendly and good at his job and cleared and mess away, great service. I would use Star Plumbing again no question! Thank you Star Plumbing.

Tim and Soren fitted a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room for us. They were professional, clean and tidy - both rooms look amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend star plumbing to anyone who is looking for a high standard of finish we can’t praise them enough and will be using again in the future

Needed a quick boiler service and they were available to come the next day, however we apparently needed a part that they would have to order. We were told it could take a couple of days and were given a day for the fitting but told it would be PM as an exact time couldn't be given. We waited in from 12-6pm but no one showed or phoned to say they wouldn't be coming.
