I had issues with my solar and it kept shorting out so I paid for Solarsense to fault find, they did this and it was recommended that my inverter was dead. It then took 4 weeks for some contact (after numerous calls and emails)and their Director of Engineering Chris Catterall convinced me that it was the board not the inverter and changing the board meant we could get a few more years out of the Inverter.
