Excellent service and support. Our panels were installed less than a week after placing order, and were up and running by the following morning. Minor hick-up when the electric Aga blew a bank of heating elements a couple of weeks later, which confused us on any readings of power use, but once that was fixed we are now (hopefully) getting the full benefit of overnight cheap rate electricity powering batteries and day time the batteries powering the house.
