The company left scaffolding up for three months whilst trying to fit the panels. They carried out a cursory survey which proved wholly inadequate. They left a large hole in our roof for several days, which they failed to inform us of. Eventually they told us that our roof was unsuitable for solar panals, possibly because the tiles are brittle and it would cost them money to replace broken tiles.
