Simple Heating Services

Had these guys come out and fit a boiler and cavity wall insulation at my parents house. The process to get qualified for the work was quick and easy - couple of letters to prove income and ownership of the property was enough. I had the house surveyed the week later and 2 days after the work commenced. We had a combi boiler fitted, the fans in the kitchen and bathroom, trickle vents on the windows and lastly the cavity wall insulation. I was slightly apprehensive at the mess it all made but

Simple Heating installed a boiler for us as part of a government grant scheme. The entire process was extremely efficient from start to finish. All the staff we met from the initial survey to the boiler install and electrical work being completed were very professional. We’ve been very pleased with the experience. Simple Heating provided a fantastic service replacing my old boiler, it was installed with a matter of weeks with excellent communication throughout. I would not recommend this company. I have been left feeling that they used me to access grant money and that reputation or the customer is not important. I had read the negative reviews but gave benefit of doubt to the individual circumstance. Unfortunately my experience followed a similar pattern highlighted. Firstly I must admit the girls on the phone are lovely and would give them 5/5. The issue is with the engineering side and general communication / work. It is my opinion that they wan
