Solartherm UK installed my solar panels over 2 years ago. I do not live local to them and they came to Oxfordshire. The installation was straight forward. I have had no issues with the panels, battery or inverter. I have contacted them twice this year with small questions e.g. how to reconnect the system to a new router and how to switch off the system.
