Of absolute no use to me. Geezer came round, was in and out in two mins, couldnt be arsed to ascertain a potential pre consumer unit issue and dashed, telling me to "turn appliances off / on and isolate from there" (I already did this twice). You ring a leccy to fix the electric. If you cant be jeered, look at other career options. Simple stuff.

Once again, we have called upon the services of SH Electrical. On this occasion it was to supply and fit a Rointe D Series 1210kw electric radiator in our hallway. This was to replace a Rointe D Series 330 watt radiator that had been installed in our new apartment, but was inadequate for the area it was to heat. The 330 watt radiator has been re-sited in our open plan living/dining/kitchen area, to supplement the radiator installed by the builder. SH Electrical, once again, did an excellent job
