I've used Russell's service three times now in Southfields - great service, personal, makes a plan to help and good price. Couldn't recommend Russell enough.

Russel did a stellar job, he was very professional answering the phone. He was also very clear on his scheduling, showed up on time, called me to explain what he'd done and transparent in every way. We will certainly use his expertise again.

Very happy with the whole process from quoting, fitting and solving any problems along the way. Easy to communicate with and did a great job in a tight space. Water pressure, Boiler F45 errors and megaflow rebalancing problems all solved but best of all the shower works as well as it ever did. Highly Recommended.

Russell was prompt and helpful ahead of attending, and efficient when replacing our gas hob for us. Charged reasonably and did a great job. Recommend, and will likely use him again for any future plumbing issues

Russell has been taking care of the boiler (installed it as well) for over 7 years. He is completely reliable, arrives when he says he will, and is very good at explaining in simple layman's terms what needs to be done. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours.
