Royale Boiler services did an excellent job repairing my oil boiler after I lost my hot water. The people are all very friendly and very helpful. They resolved my issue very quickly and the engineer Robert Steele, was extremely helpful, he explained exactly what the problem was and what was required to repair the issue in a way that I could understand. They also were very clear in expelling the costs for the repair work. Excellent company and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Royale Boiler services after an issue developed with my boiler (Worcester Bosch). Andy came out to us on Sunday after our heating wouldn't work on Saturday. With a newborn we urgently needed it looking into and he took the time to look at the issue and explain it to us. Although he wasn't able to fix it on his visit, his visit was much appreciated. Lovely guy. Would use again!
