Not happy with fitter at all as he seemed very slap dash and left tools scattered throughout our hallway and kitchen. Well, what can I say about your plumber? Very friendly, very polite, very professional. All the mess he made, he cleaned up. Even though I offered to do it. The engineer was pleasant, however, he opened a valve to bleed the heating system and appears to have left it open. We went away for a couple of days immediately after he left, didn’t check what he’d done and returned two day later to a flooded bedroom with water pouring out of a pipe coupling in the airing cupboard.

Robert Heath have attended my home 5 times to rectify the fact we have no controllable heating or hot water. It's been nearly 4 weeks of boiling water for baths and to wash up or take cold showers in winter. I was at work when the inspection was being carried out. My mum said he was great. And i do appreciate you keeping me and my children safe. My only question would be, does the engineer fix the carbon dioxide alarm to the wall? As he didnt and every other time this has been done. Luckily I am quite capable and do have the tools but a lot of single mums I know would not have. Thank you
