Thank you to Regen Renewables we have a solar system fitted, everyone has been so helpful with the installation, quick and efficient service from all. Cristos the electrician has been great, even though we had a few hiccups, not of his making. Dale also very knowledgeable when he came and did the initial talk to us about how everything would work.

We contacted Regen Renewables at the beginning of January to say our solar panels were failing to generate any power. After 2 weeks they got back to us and gave a date when they would come. They didn't. They gave us another date - today. It's 4 o'clock and no one has come or been in touch. It's been a beautiful sunny day today so we have lost money. To say I'm cross is putting it mildly.

Got to say this was a very fast and professional service of the installation of a Samsung Heat Pump at our home. All the people we dealt with have been knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish The installation guys were so helpful and explained everything every step of the way.
