DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have had a similar experience to the other poster. I paid £3240 in October and have had repeated cancellations for my installation. I have asked for a refund and have had no money returned to me and the company do not return phone calls and repeatedly fob me off with excuses that turn out to be untrue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
