We are very pleased with the whole RDI experience. The installation team were all hardworking, polite and respectful. Disruption in the house was minimal and they were happy to answer any questions we had. After several years without, we now have a cosy, warm house and hot water and a confidence in the system installed.

Engineer who attended was very good, appreciate how he made me aware that he had to go upstairs or into other rooms etc before just doing it and he was very helpful in answering the questions I had about the air source pump

Great company to deal with for servicing our boiler - friendly, helpful communication from office staff. Heating engineer arrived on time - was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to have in our home. Would definitely recommend using RDI.
