Have used Rayotec products in three areas. Have now had an issue with a mat under carpeting , issue was parquet floor under carpet buckled due to heat from ufh and raised carpet by two inches , been in house for 40 plus years , no issues previously with the floor ,They'd said twice b4 install that it was ok to and that they'd install on existing parquet. Now find comments on line saying Dont install on parquet !!!. We had to get carpet fitter to lift and resolve buckled wood floor , cost £7

Absolutely amazing company Shaun in the under floor heating department has been a great help as it’s my first time installing underfloor heating as an electrician.
