I need a replacement air-source heat pump which is beyond what my usual plumber can undertake. He cautioned me about using Radiate because of their spotty reputation in the trade locally, but nevertheless I included the company on my list of quotes to request. Carter, the plumber who attended the site this week, was exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. He resolved a range of issues, including installing a stylish chrome towel radiator, repairing a broken sink waste last minute, and fixing a persistent leak in some old pipework. Absolutely marvellous, I had a new boiler and changed 4 radiators. They came on the day they said, workmen extremely helpful, even entertained the cat🤣 no mess left, work inspected by the boss and when there was a slight delay in the warranty it was sorted immediately.
