My experience today was awful. I had reported faulty tiles on my new build roof. Had a team of two turn up at 9.50am and sat in their vehicle until I called their office to make a complaint at 10.30am. When one of the crew eventually rang my doorbell at 10.40am he told me, they didn't have the correct tiles so couldn't do any repair work. Absolutely top service from Ian on the desk at RS Miller, from the phone call to the help with going to their supplier to pick up the items that I needed so I can get them quicker. I couldn’t recommend them enough. This review is coming from a woman who’s used to having everything Mansplained Felt totally valued here, great service, thank you. Can’t wait to come back.
