Poor.....paid more than other quotes for what I believed to be a professional service due to owner Rory coming to quote, branded vans and uniforms however very disappointed. Upon starting new ensuite and electrical work I constantly had to chase for work be completed and to get tradesman to finish my job rather than others Which prolonged the build by over a month, had tiler included in cost but day before he was due to start they rang and said he can’t make it and I’ll need find one of my own,
