Rafe was very polite and efficient, quickly identifying what would be required for the works. We called the company to fix a faulty light. Eletrican came to look at it, took a picture and then left. No info left, we thought he'd gone get a new light to fit for us. 2 days later no contact about what was happening or invoice/ quote. We called the company back to be told a message would be left for the Eletrican who came out because he was out in field . Called back to be told by the Eletrican he'd forgot about us.
