Amazing service phoned Monday lunchtime as my boiler had broken down. Within 2 hours I had a very competent young man who diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that was needed. Tuesday afternoon I had a call to say another engineer would collect the part Wednesday morning and another pleasant and knowledgeable man called Geoff and repaired the boiler by 10am. Great service and Company.

Reached out to Carl this morning as heating system had lost pressure. Carl replied with simple answer to problem,that I fixed myself. Pure installed my boiler over 2 years ago,and despite the time lapse Carl took time out on a Saturday morning to answer my plea for help.Top man and top company.

I highly recommend Pure. We were left with no heating back in December when another company made a complete mess of our system. Pure came out the next day and fixed the issue in around 30 minutes. Chris Nuttall was the plumber and he was knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use Pure again. Thank you.

Always fantastic, quick and affordable service. The office is attentive and understanding and communicates well. I have on a few occasions had an engineer out the same day and strive to fix immediately. Recently, the engineer moved his day around to fix my issue the same day since we had guests arriving. He was professional, friendly and competent. We have never had an issue with the quality of work or the quotation. So pleased to have a dependable company right on my door step.
