It's been such a pleasure dealing with Dan. When our battery broke down he was instrumental in getting the manufacturer to replace the unit when they were reluctant to even entertain the idea. He has been happy to answer all my irritating questions and helped with getting us retrospective documentation for the installation on the house we bought.
