The whole team are great. The work was excellent. The men worked hard, always on time, to an excellent standard and cleared up everyday. Our bathroom and cloakroom were gutted and refitted brilliantly. Barrie always made sure we were happy with the work.

We had a new heat pump and water tank installed by Premium. Barry and his team made the job very smoothly and sorted out all the paperwork with the government grant. Jack and the guys who did the installation were very neat and tidy and really good at answering all my questions. We are very impressed with the service from Premium and would 100% recommend.

It's been a few years since we had our boiler fitted, had a noisy fan problem a couple of months ago, spoke with the admin office and it was repaired within 24hrs under warranty by these guys; Just had a yearly service done by the hands on and actual business owner who stepped in at short notice as his service engineer wss suddenly taken Ill, great team, very reliable and resourceful.
