Extremly good service from first telephone enquiry answered by Sophie, who booked surveyor Wayne to come and provide an estimate within two days, through to completion of instalation of new boiler, radiators and bathroom heated towel rail, all installed by Adam. Excellent experience from start to finish with new heating and boiler installation. The initial appointment with Wayne was excellent and he explained everything that they would do. A miscommunication ended with me being billed £117 unexpectedly. I thought a plumber was coming to quote for rectifying an issue we had, however, Plumbcraft billed me their call out fee plus first half hour and vat. Had it had been made clear, I would have questioned it and cleared the miscommunication up beforehand.
