My outside oil-fired boiler finally gave up the ghost. Plum-IT were the only local engineers who seemed interested and in fact capable of undertaking the work to replace it. They sent out an engineer to assess the work and provided a detailed, itemised quote the same day. All work was carried out in consultation with me to show me what was going on, what progress had been made etc. Old boiler was taken away and the site was left cleared. All issues were resolved on the spot either by the enginee
