When I called the phone was answered within a couple of rings. The staff were incredibly polite and knowledgeable and although I needed two calls outs the response was the same each time. On both occasions the plumbers arrived exactly when I was told to expect them and they knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the problem explaining what was wrong. They then described what they had done and replaced and then fully checked the system before leaving. I would highly recommend PJH Co to anyon
