Full rewire required at my dad's house. The house is to be rented. Pennine electrical brought the house up to current regs, fitting up to-date smoke alarms and extractor fans (where none were previously.) They added extra sockets and switches and even made good the floorboards after the work, repairing previously broken boards with new. Phil of Pennine Electrical visited on time to sort out an electrical fault somewhere within my central heating controls. After checking through my Thermostat, programmer, motor it traced back to a faulty 3port valve. He quickly fitted a replacement, tested it with his voltage tester machine.
