Paul is first and foremost a great professional. He is very kind and he explained to me and my wife (multiple times) what was the best option for our bathroom, and he was also able to resolve a long standing issue we had been dealing with for months. Very patient and knowledgeable, he delivered as expected and it was available for us when we had doubts or questions. On the cost side, he was also a little less expensive then other people who gave us completely wrong information and impracticable
