Great service and amazing staff. We needed some urgent work done on our heating system and they were outstanding throughout. The engineer took time to explain exactly what the issue was and what was needed and provided a number of options to resolve. Otter were very prompt with paperwork and quote delivery after our initial enquiry. They answered our questions regarding the process and the installation. This was done by phone calls / texts after receiving quotes.
