From my very first interaction with this organisation, there has been a consistent lack of engagement, urgency, and un-willingness to provide meaningful support. Avoid this company. Dangerous requirements given to me by Lauren Alcock. Very poor service particularly from Lauren Alcock who asked me to risk my familys life by her unreasonable and impossible requirements. Would select 'no stars' for this company if I could. Negligent installation of loft insulation on behalf of British Gas caused damp and mould in the upstairs rooms of our house and the company is unwilling to do anything about it due to the warranty only being for 12 months. Reputable companies would not stuff the insulation into the eaves causing damp problems. Apparently, the eaves should be left clear for ventilation purposes. A poor experience overall. Osborne Energy were quick to respond to emails and take my initial payment, but extremely slow in achieving anything else. I waited many months after my assessment to hear anything back from them, and I was passed around from person to person whenever I called and given silly excuses as to why things hadn't been done. Unprofessional and inhuman company. They made me sign over my Eco grant 11 month ago and have still not installed a boiler and they are aware I have no heating and hot water for more than 11 month, and they do not respond to formal complaints.
