Great experience with OH. Everyone on the team was friendly and knowledgeable, including the drillers who were subcontractors. This was quite a big project but you can now barely see they have been here. The ground source system is practically silent and a big improvement on our old oil boiler. We will continue to work with them to fine tune our underfloor system. Definitely highly recommended.

Engineer was pleasant, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem, and after a long wait for the failing part, successfully fitted and solved it. From the quote stage to installation and now ongoing servicing/ maintenance we couldn't be happier with the serviced received from Orangehouse. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have an in depth understanding of their products and those that complement them (solar energy for example). 3 years on and we still can't fault the system they installed for us and still turn to them for advice on other eco measures!
