My disabled auntie is having a bathroom adaptation through the council, the work was due to start in Sept '22. It started late, but we were assured it would be completed within 10-14 days. It is now Feb '23. It is still not finished. Workmen never show up, you can't talk to anyone who'll give you a straight answer on the phone, & the work is shoddy at best. We are waiting on corrections to be done so the work can be signed off, if I could tell them to do one & finish the work myself I would do!

The fat mug who drove a Ford Transit with a reg plate of DU66 CFO today (10th November) at around 7:30 am through Moston/Lightbowne Road, cut me off almost causing an accident and then instead of apologising started yelling slurs at me and my mom at the red light should have a serious conversation with his manager about his behaviour while driving a company van with company's logos plastered all over it. Not a great representation for the company I'd think. The irony of having a 'Thank you NHS'

No clear lines of communication between office and labourers. People in charge lie to your face. You wait in all day and nobody turns up. Some of the workmen rush the job and their work reflects that. However the other tradesmen were spot on and knew what they were doing. 20 days without a cooker or washing machine.

Novus came to replace a window pane. After they left I noticed the glass pane they installed was half the thickness of my actual window frame!! Instead of going away and ordering correct size they packed out the gap with sticky black security tape. Extremely poor workmanship. Will be taking matters further. Have photos to prove.

I have a gas leak in my house.transco came within 30 mins time find the leak and referred me to novus to sort it out.been waiting for over 5 hours now with all my windows open no hot water,kids freezing cold, not good at all.i know it’s xmas eve and u have lads on call(ive been there ,I used to do electrical faults ) we had a 1 hour response time,novus are a joke outfit this is not the 1st nightmare with them either. 26 hours to finally get sorted(by a different company). Thanks for a rubbish Xm
