Northern Heatlink have a high standard of customer service- they followed up when an issue with our Heat Pump (not installed by them) affected the heated floor they had laid for us. Communication was good, work was completed quickly and I was really impressed by the staff member who handled their phonecalls- really professional and reassuring attention to detail. We have used this company for many years to service our boiler and system and one of the great things about them is that if there is a problem, you ring straight through to an actual person who can often talk you through how to sort it out. Northern Heatlink came out to service our boiler and advised us it was no longer economical and would need replacing. The technician completed the report and let the office know, we gave the go ahead to have a new boiler fitted and this was arranged and completed very quickly.
