E What an excellent team. They've serviced my boiler & solar panel hot water system. They also came out at very short notice to solve an issue that occurred when I was having my kitchen fitted. They repositioned a condensate pipe, capping off the old one, so that the base units didn't have to be altered. I have just had a bathroom updated. They were amazing from start to finish. Mick helped me choose exactly what I wanted and never faltered despite me changing my mind a number of times. He also kept me well within my budget. Jacob fitted my new shower and units. What a great job he did. He answered any questions I had and put my mind at rest that everything was as I wanted it. I’m sure there are those who have had good experiences of Nigel Smith. However, I am not one of those customers.
