Damaged my property and disconnected all my guttering! Left screws bolts rubbish all around and didn't clean up cause damage to my bathroom ceiling aswell COWBOY WORKERS!!!! REFUSE ANY WORK NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

Where do I even start, so october 2024 Next Energy turn up to begin work and still now in June 2025 it still has not been completed. They turned up whenever they felt like and just went around the back, we would be sitting in the living room 1pm and they'd turn up to work and treat our home like a building site. From the start to end the process was plain sailing. From the initial guy who came to measure and take photos and explain time lines and processes, to the guys who did the installation i couldnt fault there proffessionalism. They were pleaseant and polite and respected my home. They worked non stop. Truly a credit to themselves and your company. Keep up tbe great work.

Absolutely shocking! Don't know who is worse, the office staff or the contractors!! Didn't have the tools for the job, shoddy work that has to be changed. Destroyed and damaged the few things I had in my loft. Don't stick to arrangements made even though you book time off work, so when you refuse anything else done after repeating yourself for the 50th time they want to take the hump and start giving attitude. I recently had work carried out on my property by Next Energy. External cladding insulation. I would just like to say the standard was first class.They removed old pipes and guttering and replaced with new.They would clean up after work everyday,workman were all very friendly. I definitely recommend this company. Thankyou Next Energy.
