I had a great chat with stephen regarding council tax second home premium, he fixed my login access and helped me with understanding my business rates application. I have seen the previous reviews on newcastle city council so I may have gotten lucky with my support specialist but all my issues were resolved and that is a fact

I have just spent 45 mins of my life being passed from one department to the other. Each person I spoke to ensuring the the next transfer would be the appropriate department. My enquiry was a simple one. What a shambles.

Such a shame that zero stars isn’t an option as Newcastle council are so competitively committed to incompetence that they have worked hard for their zero star rating. Customer service is outstandingly bad. Well done to everyone especially Sandra and Michael. You really put the work in to make sure that not one person who lives within Newcastle county receives any service worth paying for.

If looking for a house flat to rent I would skip this council got to be the worst council get no repairs done ,the propertys are terrible I know none of councils have furnished ones it's not that it's the fixtures that are a absolute joke when they fit there kitchens you be lucky they will stay intact as they should for few months cheapest ones in the UK even had bathroom fitted yes looks the part when stand a mile away but close corners have been cut massively what is the point it's not so chea
